Return Policy

1. Overview

At AlphaBioPharma we aim for your complete satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how customers can return products, request refunds, or get replacements purchased from alphabiopharma.info.

2. Scope

This policy applies to products purchased directly from alphabiopharma.info. If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, vendor or distributor, returns/refunds must follow that seller’s policy.

3. Important safety & regulatory note

Some pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare or temperature-sensitive products may be subject to legal, safety, or manufacturer restrictions. Such items may have limited or no returns to protect product integrity and public health. Always check the product page and packaging for specific return restrictions.

4. Returns — Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date (unless otherwise stated on the product page). (Adjust number of days if you prefer a different timeframe.)

Products must be in original condition — unopened, unused, with original seals/packaging intact and all labels, leaflets and accessories included.

You must provide the order number and proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

Not eligible for return (examples — not exhaustive):

Products that have been opened, used or whose tamper-evident seal is broken (common for medicines and sterile products).

Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

Perishable or shelf-life-limited items (unless faulty).

Items returned without original packaging, accessories or proof of purchase.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery (sooner is better) with photos of the item, packaging, and your order number.

We will evaluate the claim and — if approved — offer either:

Replacement at no extra cost, or

Full refund (including original shipping charges), or

Store credit (if you prefer).

For claims of transit damage, we may ask you to retain packaging for carrier inspection.

6. How to initiate a return

Email our Returns team at [replace-with-your-email] or use the Contact form at alphabiopharma.info/contact with:

Order number

Product name / SKU

Reason for return

Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

Wait for a return authorization (RMA) from us. Do not ship returns without authorization — unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Once authorized, ship the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Keep tracking information.

7. Return shipping & costs

If return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), AlphaBioPharma will cover return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any loss in value due to improper packing.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method — AlphaBioPharma is not responsible for returns lost in transit unless otherwise agreed.

8. Refunds — processing time & method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank/card timelines may vary.

If you received free shipping as part of the original order and request a refund, the original shipping discount may be deducted if applicable.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges for the same product (different batch excluded) are handled like returns: request an RMA, ship the original item back, and we will dispatch the replacement after inspection/approval.

If exchanging for a different product with a price difference, you will be charged or refunded the difference.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without charge while they are still in “processing” status. Once an order has shipped, cancellation becomes a return (see return steps above).

11. Partial refunds / Restocking

Partial refunds may apply for items with missing parts, obvious signs of use, or damage not reported at delivery.

We may charge a reasonable restocking fee for returns made for reasons other than defects (if applicable) — this will be disclosed in your RMA.

12. Privacy & security

We process return-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data used for returns is limited to what is necessary to manage the return and refund.

13. Dispute & legal
