Composition

Each pack contains:

• One vial with Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Long R3 (IGF-1 LR3) – 1 mg
• One ampoule with 2 ml sterile water for injection

Pharmacological Effects

• Enhanced IGF-1 Analog: Modified to resist degradation by IGF-binding proteins (e.g., IGFBP-3), extending half-life to 20–30 hours (vs. ~10–12 minutes for natural IGF-1).
• Anabolic & Hyperplasia-Inducing: Stimulates muscle cell proliferation through satellite cell activation.
• Insulin-like metabolic effects: Increases glucose uptake and improves glucose disposal.
• Collagen synthesis: Supports tendon and ligament repair.
• Site-specific growth: Local injections may produce localized muscle/tissue growth.

Indications

• Muscle hypertrophy (preclinical studies).
• Injury recovery (cartilage, tendon, ligament repair).
• Metabolic research (insulin resistance, glucose uptake studies).

Recommended Dose

• Research dose: 20–50 mcg/day (subcutaneous or intramuscular).
• Bodybuilding protocols: Up to 100–150 mcg/day (divided into 2 doses).
• Cycle length: 4–6 weeks maximum to avoid receptor desensitization.
• Reconstitution: Acetic acid (0.6%) or bacteriostatic water — pH stability is critical.

Side Effects

• Common:
