Composition

Each pack contains:

• One vial with GHRP-6 – 10 mg
• One ampoule with 2 ml sterile water for injection

Pharmacological Effects

• Ghrelin receptor agonist: Binds to GHSR-1a (growth hormone secretagogue receptor), stimulating pulsatile GH release from the pituitary.
• Increased appetite: Strong hunger stimulation (due to ghrelin-like activity).
• IGF-1 upregulation: Indirectly increases insulin-like growth factor-1 levels.
• Non-GH effects: May improve gut motility, cardiac function, and immune modulation.

Indications

• Growth hormone deficiency (investigational).
• Cachexia/appetite stimulation (e.g., HIV/AIDS, cancer patients).
• Muscle wasting disorders (preclinical studies).
• Post-injury/trauma recovery (due to GH’s anabolic effects).

Recommended Dose

• Typical research dose: 100–300 mcg 1–3x/day (subcutaneous or intramuscular).
• Higher doses: Up to 1 mg/day used in some protocols (increases side effects).
• Reconstitution: Use bacteriostatic water or sterile 0.9% NaCl.
• Timing: Best taken fasting — pre-meals or pre-sleep to enhance nocturnal GH pulse.

Side Effects

• Increased hunger (very strong effect).
• Flushing, dizziness (post-injection).
• Transient tingling or numbness (due to GH surge).
• Water retention and joint stiffness.
• Hyperglycemia (GH counteracts insulin).
• Mild hypotension.

Contraindication

• Pregnancy/lactation (no safety data).
• Active cancer (GH/IGF-1 may promote tumor growth).
• Diabetes (may worsen insulin resistance).
• Hypersensitivity to GHRP-6 or related peptides.

Storage Conditions

• Unreconstituted vials: Store at 2–8°C (refrigerated); protect from light.
• Reconstituted solution: Stable for 7–14 days at 2–8°C (with bacteriostatic water).
• Avoid freezing or prolonged heat exposure.
