Cancellation requests received while the order status is still Processing will generally be confirmed within 24–48 hours.
We will send a cancellation confirmation email containing the cancelled items and any refund details. If you do not receive confirmation, assume the order has not been cancelled and contact us again.
If you cancel before shipment, any payment already taken will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days of cancellation confirmation and may take longer to appear on your bank/card statement depending on your payment provider (usually up to 7–14 business days).
If you used a coupon, discount, or promotional credit, refunds will reflect the discounted amount actually paid.
For bank transfers or alternative payment methods, refunds may be processed as a bank transfer—confirm details with our support team when requesting cancellation.
If you cancel a COD order before shipment, no payment is needed; we will confirm cancellation in writing.
If you refuse a COD delivery at the door, the order will be returned to us and the return policy will apply; delivery/refusal charges or restocking fees may apply.
Pre-order / backorder items may have different cancellation rules. You may cancel pre-orders before the item is shipped. If a pre-order is cancelled after payment, refund timelines follow the section above, but specific product pages will indicate any different cancellation terms.
If you have a subscription or recurring delivery, cancellation of upcoming shipments must be requested via your account or by contacting support at least [insert number — e.g., 7] days before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being billed/shipped for that cycle. If a cancellation is processed after order preparation (but before carrier pickup) we may charge a reasonable handling or restocking fee (if applicable) and will disclose this in the cancellation confirmation.
Any non-refundable transaction/processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount if such fees cannot be recovered.
Minor changes to an order (address change, quantity change) may be possible while the order is still processing. These are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed. Contact support immediately with the required change.
